Production Car Eligibility Application INSTRUCTIONSUse this form to submit your vehicle for entry into one of RMVR’s production vehicle classes including GT, Improved Touring, Production, Sedan, IMSA, FIA, and Historic. When completing the form, refer to the appropriate year General Competition Rule (GCR), Category Specifications (GTCS, PCS, ITCS, IMSA), RMVR Exceptions, and RMVR General Rules. If a question asks if a component is in compliance, refer to these documents with RMVR rules taking precedence over all others. Please be complete, accurate, and honest in your responses to assist RMVR Eligibility in addressing any eligibility issues now rather than failing tech inspection later or having a logbook revoked later. Our goal is to work with you on any compliance issues, rather than being punitive, so you may obtain an RMVR log book and race with us. Applications with missing information because the applicant did not want to take the time to check the car or review the Competition Rules and Category Specifications will not be processed. The Eligibility Team appreciates your time and care in completing this application.OWNER INFORMATIONName* First Last Address* Street Address Address Line 2 City AlabamaAlaskaAmerican SamoaArizonaArkansasCaliforniaColoradoConnecticutDelawareDistrict of ColumbiaFloridaGeorgiaGuamHawaiiIdahoIllinoisIndianaIowaKansasKentuckyLouisianaMaineMarylandMassachusettsMichiganMinnesotaMississippiMissouriMontanaNebraskaNevadaNew HampshireNew JerseyNew MexicoNew YorkNorth CarolinaNorth DakotaNorthern Mariana IslandsOhioOklahomaOregonPennsylvaniaPuerto RicoRhode IslandSouth CarolinaSouth DakotaTennesseeTexasUtahU.S. Virgin IslandsVermontVirginiaWashingtonWest VirginiaWisconsinWyomingArmed Forces AmericasArmed Forces EuropeArmed Forces Pacific State ZIP Code Phone*Email* Enter Email Confirm Email VEHICLE INFORMATIONCar Class*FIA (All Classes)GT-1 (81)GT-2 (81)GT-3 (81)GT-4 (81)GT-1 (94)GT-2 (94)GT-3 (94)GT-4 (94)GT-5 (94)Historic (All Classes)Improved Touring A (94)Improved Touring B (94)Improved Touring C (94)Improved Touring S (94)Improved Touring SSA (94)Improved Touring SSB (94)Improved Touring SSC (94)Improved Touring SSGT (94)IMSA (All Classes)A Production (72)B Production (72)C Production (72)D Production (72)E Production (72)F Production (72)G Production (72)H Production (72)A Production (81)B Production (81)C Production (81)D Production (81)E Production (81)F Production (81)G Production (81)H Production (81)AS Production (94)E Production (94)F Production (94)G Production (94)H Production (94)A Sedan (72)B Sedan (72)C Sedan (72)D Sedan (72)Year*Make*Model*Color*VIN or Chassis ID# (if available)Actual Race Weight without Driver (in lbs.)*Allowable Weight per the Rulebook Car Sheet (in lbs.)*Please find your car's minimum weight on the car specification sheet in the Category Specifications. Provisional LogbooksA provisional logbook may be issued at the discretion of the Chief of Eligibility. The purpose of a provisional logbook is to permit race cars that are slightly in violation of applicable rules to race during a grace period in which the issue(s) may be remedied. The grace period is the sooner of six races or one year from issuance of the provisional logbook. If the violations are believed to produce a performance differential, the car may be placed in a more appropriate faster or slower class until remedied. When all items are corrected, it is incumbent upon the owner to request a regular logbook. If all items in violation are not corrected or a regular logbook is not requested, the provisional logbook expires and the car is ineligible to enter RMVR races. Annual Tech InspectionA logbook is required for an annual Tech Inspection, but the successful issuance of a logbook does not mean the vehicle has passed an annual Tech Inspection. It is the owner's responsibility to schedule Tech Inspection separately after receiving the paper logbook, which must be performed prior to the vehicle entering an RMVR race.
