The RAKC ProAm features teams made up of a Professional race car driver and a Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing driver. The RMVR drivers earned their way into the ProAm by being one of the top 10 fundraisers for the Race Against Kids’ Cancer!
There is a required driver change that will be accompanied by a challenge the drivers must complete before they can return to the track, so this race will be tons of fun for drivers and spectators alike.
The Pro lineup so far includes returning drivers Robby Unser, Robb Holland and Paul Gerrard, and new this year, Andy Pilgrim, Jeff Altenburg, Leann Falk, and David Donner. Randy Pobst is unable to be with us for the ProAm on Saturday but will be at the track on Sunday giving lunch rides! All are very excited to participate in our annual charity event and help us raise some serious money for pediatric cancer research! In fact, many of the Pro drivers will be at the track the whole week-end, giving lunch rides, donating items for auction, and signing autographs! Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to hang out with this fantastic group of Pros!
The ProAm Grid
Here’s the line-up for the 2nd Annual Schomp ProAm Challenge. Kudos to the drivers participating in the ProAm for a job WELL DONE! Together you raised $97,000.00! Kudos also to Jamie Stiehr who won’t be driving in the ProAm but earned the right to! Thank you, Jamie, for your extraordinary fundraising efforts!
