- Medical Form
(Note: the RMVR Medical Form has been revised. It is essential that all three pages of the new form be filled out completely, and that the form be signed by the physician — not the assistant or nurse. The eye exam must be completed as well. Requests for Event Entry
- Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Event: this July 2008 event is strictly limited as to type of car and number of entrants. Contact Bill Fleming 303-690-3506 or Tony Martins at 303-797-8953 or 720-232-0998 for details as to what cars can be entered.
- Spring Drivers’ School Packet (includes all necessary information and forms for those seeking a regular RMVR Competition License)
- Request for Entry, all other 2008 events
